Aaron Zaltman, an associate lawyer at Whitten & Lublin, chose a career in employment law to defend the rights of Canadian workers against potential power imbalances in employer-employee relationships. His core motivation lies in empowering employees through difficult workplace situations.

Aaron represents both employees and employers in all types of workplace matters, including wrongful dismissal, severance, workplace harassment, sexual harassment & assault, as well as discrimination and human rights.
Prior to joining Whitten & Lublin, Aaron articled at a Bay Street law firm in Toronto, before moving to a boutique employment law firm.
Outside the courtroom, Aaron is a avid reader, immersing himself in history, fiction, and sometimes delving into culinary recipe books. His enthusiasm extends to sports, where he is a fervent hockey fan, especially devoted to the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Aaron has represented clients before courts, tribunals, and boards at all levels in Ontario. His courtroom success is a testament to his dedicated advocacy and results-driven approach.
- Ghazvini et al v. Canadian Imperial Bank Of Commerce, 2025 ONSC 5218 – won a large judgement in a contract enforceability case by using never before accepted legal arguments.
