Ontario Passes Working For Workers Act - Right to Disconnect & Non-Compete Agreements - CP24
On November 30, 2021, the Ontario government announced the passing of new legislation, the Working for Workers Act, 2021 (“WWA”), which will have significant implications on employment law.
