Carly Waisglass, an associate lawyer at Whitten & Lublin, is a problem solver with a strong work ethic and a passion for justice. Formerly practicing in the field of social work, Carly understands the profound link between employment and quality of life.

Carly’s ability to build strong professional relationships with opposing council, judges, external parties, and colleagues, combined with her grit, determination, and tenacity, prove invaluable in securing the most favourable results for her clients. 

Her expertise shines in both the courtroom and in conciliatory settings. Carly has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice, Licence Appeal Tribunal and Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. She has also successfully represented licensed professionals, including lawyers and chartered accountants, in professional discipline and conduct proceedings before their regulatory bodies.

Carly counsels employers and employees on a broad spectrum of employment-related matters including wrongful dismissal, discrimination, harassment, occupational health and safety, human rights, professional licensing and discipline, regulatory defence, workplace policy, and privacy matters.

In her spare time, Carly is a voracious reader, tea connoisseur and pet lover.
