Join Whitten & Lublin’s Student Program
As a dynamic and growing firm, it is seeking to build successful long-term relationships with students who are passionate about employment law and are intent on becoming exceptional lawyers. The objective of our student program is to allow students to gain meaningful exposure and experiences in the area of employment law. We want you to be challenged, learn and flourish during your time with us. Our investment in you is a long-term commitment, with the goal of your joining our team in the future.
Under the supervision of our partners, our student program will provide you with some/all of the following exposure and/or experiences:
- Court appearances
- Examinations for discovery
- Mediations
- Client consultation and strategy meetings
- Conduct legal research, draft memorandums and give legal opinions to clients and lawyers
- Draft correspondence, employment contracts, policies, demand letters and other documents

- Participate in a mentorship program, being partnered with one of our lawyers who will act as their dedicated mentor
- Receive training on the different elements of working in an employment law firm and handling an employment law file independently
